Welcome and thank you for visiting The Campground Connection. My name is Dick DeWard. For the past 26 years I have been extremely active and visual in the RV Park and Campground Industry as a 19 year owner of a very successful and exclusive resort as well as owning a recognized large Bed and Breakfast Inn. I was a pioneer developer of a resort/condominium project and have consulted many Campground, RV Park, and Resort owners, traveling 25 states, visiting and viewing over 300 businesses. During the 1990’s I instructed real estate investment classes, and I have also owned numerous successful assisted living facilities.
I am sensitive to the fact that, when purchasing or selling a business, it is a ‘big deal.’ It can be the largest single investment of your life.
