Every buyer asks the same question:
“Can I add more sites?”
The real answer: it depends.

True expansion requires:
- Zoning approval
- Sewer capacity
- Water pressure & flow
- Electrical load
- Fire access
- Environmental clearance
- Engineering plans
Just because land is sitting empty does not mean you can add 20, 40, or 100 sites.
Most buyers are shocked to learn:
- Adding RV sites can cost $20k–$40k per site
- Septic fields have capacity limits
- Wells often cannot support more taps
- Zoning often limits site density
