Do you accept international listings?

Yes! We welcome listings from outside the United States as long as the property is within the outdoor hospitality space.

Do I need to be a broker to list a property?

No. Both private owners and brokers are welcome to use our platform. You do not need to be a broker to list.

How do I create a listing?

Simply choose a listing package, enter your property details, upload photos, and go live. You can edit your listing at any time.

What does it cost to list?

We offer flat-rate packages for 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month durations. No commissions, no hidden fees—just straightforward, affordable exposure.

Can I upgrade or extend my listing later?

Yes. You can upgrade your listing to a longer term or higher visibility level at any time. You can also renew or extend before it expires.

Do you offer refunds if I sell early?

Listing fees are non-refundable, but you can update your listing to show "Sale Pending" or "Sold" at any time.

Can I edit my listing after it’s published?

Yes. You have full control over your listing and can update the description, photos, price, or contact information at any time through your account dashboard.

Will my contact info be public?

That’s entirely up to you. You can choose to show your direct contact details or use a secure contact form to field inquiries.

Can I get help writing or formatting my listing?

Yes—if you’d like a little extra support, we offer optional listing assistance for a small additional fee. We’re happy to help polish your wording, structure your details, and make sure your listing presents your property in the best light. Just reach out to us for more info and pricing.

Will my listing reach real buyers?

Yes. Listings are visible to the public and promoted to an audience of actively searching campground, marina, and outdoor resort buyers.

Can brokers list multiple properties?

Absolutely. Brokers can post and manage multiple listings under a single login. The platform is designed to support both brokers and FSBO sellers.

Is there a contract?

No contracts or long-term commitments. You simply pay for the listing package you want, and you’re in full control.
