Self-List or Full-Service: Which Path Fits You?
We run both a self-list platform and a full-service brokerage. Here's an honest look at which suits which owner.

Not every owner should sell the same way, and we'd rather you land in the right lane than push you into one. We run two sides of the same business: The Campground Connection, where you list and manage the sale yourself, and The Campground Marketplace, our full-service team that handles it for you. Here's how to tell which fits.

Self-listing on the Connection
Self-listing keeps you in the driver's seat. You build the listing, field the inquiries, and run the conversations, usually at a lower cost than full service. It's a strong fit if you're comfortable talking with buyers, you've got a little time to manage it, and you like staying hands-on with a decision this big.
Full-service through the Marketplace
Full service hands the work to a team. They market the park, qualify the buyers so you're not sorting serious from curious, and guide the paperwork and process. It's the right call if you're busy running the place, you'd rather only talk to vetted buyers, or you simply want it handled by people who do this all day.
You can switch lanes
This isn't a permanent fork. Plenty of owners start by self-listing to test the waters, then move to full service when things get serious or busy. Others go the other way. You're not boxed in by your first choice.
Either way, the same buyers
Here's the reassuring part: both paths put you in front of the same nationwide pool of qualified buyers. The difference is how much of the work you want to carry yourself, not who gets to see your park.
If you like staying hands-on, start with a listing on The Campground Connection. If you'd rather it be handled, the Marketplace team is ready. Either way, you're reaching the right buyers.
