There is a 1200-square-foot house with 3 bedrooms, 1 and a half baths, and an office on the property, (the current manager lives there). The house could be rented out for $800.00 to $1200.00 per month.
Currently, there are no park bathrooms, showers, or laundry. I do have the engineered drawings for the laundry water discharge system. There is a building on site for the laundry. There are lots of trees in the park.
