Mountain Range Rv Park is a 5.57 acre park, 22 full site hookups, nestled at the base of the Wind River Mountains in west, central Wyoming. We are situated on a major gateway to Yellowstone, Grand Teton and Glacier National Parks. We enjoy all four seasons within minutes of the mountains, lakes and streams from our small town of Lander. Our property includes an updated, historic 2,930 sq ft home with a 3 car garage, pretty curb appeal with its own private property with lots of trees. Our park boasts views of the golf course and snow-capped mountain peaks all within 2 minutes of downtown. Lander is a quite, artsy, outdoor community with great schools and lovely place to raise children. The rv office is newly built in 2022 with ample room. It is 824 sq ft with potential to be a rental home. The office has a private fenced yard along with an attached laundry room with 2 coin operated washers and dryers. One large shed on site is used for lawn equipment. All 22 rv sites have full city water, sewer, power, wifi and are all pull through. All sites have a picnic table and flower barrel for guests to enjoy. We accommodate rigs up to 65' long with easy access to all sites. We have approval from the City to add an additional 15 more sites. This property has potential to have permanent renters, park models or cabins!
